P14 Evaluation of previous activities

As part of the activities designed in the project e include an evaluation of the previous activities done form the beginning of the project in September 2020 till the month of July 2022.

This evaluation allows us to know the development of the project and the fulfilment of the objectives in each school context according to each partner participating in the project.

We had a virtual meeting with the coordinators from the different members the Erasmus + KA 229in each country the first weekend of June as it was established in the coordination plan.

This information allows us to improve our implementation solve any inconvenience on the process.

This Erasmus + KA 229 have 4 objectives, for this evaluation we divided the achievement of the four objectives in 3 different fields: Virtual activities, School context and Mobilities.

In relation to the first objective we can see in the results below that virtual activities have a higher value of internationalization, in second step school context activities and surprisingly mobilities have a 50%. We can conclude that maybe because of the number of participants in each activity, the ones developed at school have a higher value.

The second objective of the project related to the teachers methodology has a 50% result in virtual activities, 75% with school context activities due to the higher impact in the school, and only 25% consider the highest acquisition through mobilities but 50% consider 4, being 5 the highest.

We conclude again that the activities developed at school where most of the teachers and students are involved are the higher values by the school communities in all the partners’ schools.

The third objective is linked with the results on the use of the foreign language. 75% think that they have a higher impact with virtual activities, 75% with school context activities and again 75% with mobilities.

The fourth and last one deal with the diversity and deal with differences from respect. Virtual activities are valued with a 75%, school context 100% and mobilities 75 %.  So the school context activities and the ones with a higher value to deal with differences and respect.

As a conclusion all of the objectives according to the partners involved in the project have a positive evaluation of development and acquisition. But we may not forget all the difficulties we have overcome along the project life such as a delay ate the very beginning to sign the agreements, all the Covid situation and of course the third year of hard that we are living to complete the project. WE have also deal with different dates of accomplishment of our National Agencies with the agreements and the change of the final date of the project.

We are happy to work together and as coordinator I only have and excellent evaluation of all the hard work that all the partners have done. So I can only encourage them to go on working in their school communities as they are doing it now, because it has being a pleasure to work side by side with this groups of teachers, students and families.

Thank you for saying yes to our project idea some years ago.

Impact Questionnaires in comparison to the initial ones

In order to measure the knowledge and impact of the Project among the educative communities that are involved in the different partners schools, we have done the same initial questionnaire to check results.

The questionnaire was sent with five questions that should have evolved along the two years development of the project.

What we find with the results is that our communities have a deeper knowledge of what is an Erasmus project; they know what we can do in the project and what the objectives of the different activities are. They also know that part of the project is to internationalize the school and it has been developed through the different activities we have done.

They know that everyone can take part in the project and that you only need to be willing to participate.

There is an increase number in the results that show us the improvement in the knowledge of the project and the concept of the Erasmus among the different communities in each school.

Logo questionnaire international results

Logo-questionnaire-final-INTERNATIONAL-RESULTS

As you all know the first activity of the Erasmus projects was the design of the logo. After the local design we had a contest with the four international logos.

We have already published the final logo result bit as part of the evaluation and quality process of the project we are going to show you the official results of the logo and the number of votes.

So as a conclusion the Spanish logo has been the one chosen from all the participants as the official logo of the Erasmus + KA 229 ‘Enrichment is the result of meeting’

Congratulations to all the participants.

Innitial questionnaire

It is important to begin the Erasmus project knowing the initial stage of knowledge of our participants. The main objective is to measure the impact of our project among the educative communities that are involved in the project.

In this project under the title of ‘Enrichment is the result of meeting’ we decided in the initial coordination meeting to develop an initial questionnaire in order to know the exact departure situation.

This questionnaire was sent to the students, teachers and members of the educative community with five different questions.

The schools involved in the project have different contexts so with the objective of evaluate their initial contexts the questions were the following ones:

  • Do you know what an Erasmus project is?
  • What can we do in an Erasmus project?
  • To internationalized the school means…
  • Who can take part in an Erasmus project?
  • To be part of an Erasmus project I have to…

As you will see in the answers depending on the previous experience of the schools on Erasmus projects the answers will show us their previous knowledge dealing with this type of projects.

It is valuable information to measure the positive impact of Erasmus + in our schools and educative communities.

Here you can observe the different answers and the percentage.
