During the mobility students actively participated at workshops as painting eggs, quilling, making sweetbread (cozonac), holly art-painting on glass, creating a diorama for each participating country.
For the acquisition of new knowledge and key competences inclusive workshops with special needs students take place, learner-centred, students built their own learning. For the accomplishment of the learning activities there were used presentations, films realized by chidren with Easter tradition, the Thinking Hats method and the Cube method were used.
Not only the students and the teachers were involved in the activities but also members from Variaș community as parents, and the priestess who guided students in making the dough for the sweetbread and all schools’ employees. The Village Mayor, Nicolae Birău, has also greeted our guests on the first day, and on Tuesday he has invited us to his workplace where he has shortly presented our community, in which in harmony live: Romanians, Serbians, Hungarians, Germans, Ukrainians and Gypsies. He has also answered openly to students curiosities about his work.
